2. Service Description

Our Service provides you with a verifiable flight reservation that is valid for a limited time period, typically 24-48 hours(depending on the specific policies and requirements of the airline involved) from the time of purchase. The reservation contains a genuine Passenger Name Record (PNR) that can be verified by airlines and immigration authorities.

The reservation is intended solely for the purpose of satisfying immigration requirements for proof of onward travel. It is not intended for actual travel and will automatically cancel after the specified validity period.

We do not guarantee that our Service will satisfy the entry requirements of any particular country or that you will be granted entry based on our documentation. Immigration decisions remain at the discretion of border officials.

3. Limitations and Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that our Service meets your specific travel and immigration requirements. You must provide accurate passenger information for your reservation, as incorrect details may cause verification issues.

Our Limitations: We do not guarantee entry into any country. Our Service provides a legitimate reservation that meets the technical requirements for proof of onward travel, but immigration authorities have final discretion regarding entry permissions.

We are not liable for any immigration issues, denied boarding, or other travel complications that may arise from your use of our Service. You use our Service at your own risk and should be prepared with alternative travel arrangements if necessary.

4. Account Terms

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
